Prize Kids
Barrmill Jolly Beggars Burns Club, working in association with Beith Library, Barrmill Community Association and Beith and District Community Council are delighted to announce the winners of the various categories in the Children’s colouring in and poetry competition .
There were some 417 entries and the standard of the submissions was very high indeed according to competition judges, Ardrossan based authors John and Noreen Steele, who spent a considerable amount of time carefully judging the competition. Congratulations to all those who were awarded prizes and thanks to each and every young person who took part. There are prizes for everyone who took part and details of the presentation, probably to be held in Beith Library to coincide with the Olympic flame passing through Barrmill and Beith on Friday June 8, will be announced later when full details are known.
